It was just nice to sit together and openly talk about the things that occupy us as coaches – things we love, things that drive us nuts, sharing experiences on finding the right clients, developing our confidence, life as a freelancer, etc. No agenda, no ulterior motive, no supervision or CPD, just a facilitated space to share with each other in confidence. The time flew by and we all found it useful.
