Organisational clients
Team coaching and team development for leadership teams, project/operational teams and organisational groups:

These rates cover workshop delivery, design and preparation time including pre-calls with team members, as well as physical resources such as handouts or creative props. Pricing excludes travel expenses and assumes a group size up to 10 people at a venue provided by the client (unless delivery is online).
Other group-based and bespoke engagements, e.g. team offsites, strategy whiteboard sessions, group-based coaching and leadership development, consultancy. The standard day rate applies to all preparation and delivery time:

Individual coaching is delivered online unless agreed otherwise. Coaching packages can be tailored to individual and organisational requirements.

Small businesses and non-profits
I work primarily with medium and large enterprises. Subject to availability I also support small businesses and not-for-profit organisations at adjusted rates, especially where the work strongly aligns with my values and expertise. These arrangements are discussed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account affordability and organisational return on investment.
Coaching and supervision for self-funded individuals
- Coaching sessions for private individuals who fund themselves.
- Coaching supervision for self-employed coaches.
All 1:1 sessions are delivered online.

Payment terms
Organisational clients: 30 day invoicing.
Individual clients: pre-payment in full.
Quoted rates assume payment by UK BACS transfer. For international and other payment methods additional charges may apply. Please note I do not charge VAT.
Delivery through associate partners
I also deliver services via associate partners, e.g. client-centred leadership development programmes and ILM-accredited coaching certifications. These partners have their own offerings and rates. There is no overlap or conflict of interest between their services and mine. Drop me a line to find out more.
