Freelance life can be like tropical seasons. Things dry up in summer (just as well ☀️) and then suddenly there’s a monsoon of client activity in the autumn.
🌍 Today I’m on my way to London to coach a geospatial team for a major utility company.
🌎 Next week I’m in Birmingham to deliver a client-centred leadership programme for a team in marine engineering.
🌏 Then it’s straight into preparing and delivering a coaching supervision session for a group of medical doctors.
Never a dull moment!
I love the diversity of people and sectors I get to work with as a coach and facilitator.
And yet, the mission is always the same: to help people learn and be their best – simply, calmly, effectively.
