Of course, the slides alone aren’t as rich as the full presentation, let alone the breakouts and group discussions. The slides are a collection of deliberately half-baked ideas, held lightly, to stimulate thought and reflection.

The ‘half-baked idea’ concept is the brainchild of Jeff Matthews who hosts CoachingCraft, an online learning community with monthly CPD workshops and hundreds of coaches of all experience levels.
