I recently had an inspirational day with fellow executive coaches at Panasonic Europe – I’m excited to be part of this community, supporting the company’s leaders and talent pool.
As a freelancer it can be daunting to work with large corporations but Panasonic couldn’t have been more welcoming and supportive. They are my kind of client – a company with strong values whose mission it is to be a force for good and develop their people. This is evident also in how they engage with their external coaches.
The day was a real milestone as many of us were meeting each other in person for the first time – as someone said, “at last, faces with legs!”
We spent the day sharing experiences and learning from each other, exploring how we can support our leaders better, including an interactive session on neurodiversity and inclusion (ever tried speed-handwriting with your non-dominant hand?).
