This morning I ran a workshop practicing coaching skills with Women+ in Geospatial mentors. As usual, a fabulous group of people – which makes me wonder:
What will the geospatial industry look like when more women are in leadership positions across different sectors?
When voices from all backgrounds are represented at every level?
Today’s group was brave, supportive, reflective and insightful – putting themselves out there to be mentors and practice their coaching skills.
Leaders who lead with empathy, humility, and curiosity – creating the space for others to succeed.
As a coach, these are the people I love to work with. I support emerging leaders to become their best selves so that they in turn can empower the people around them.
