At the end of the week, most people walk out of that room transformed: energised, empowered, ready to lead and enact positive change.
It’s difficult to explain as you’ll learn by doing, which feels unique for everyone. Different people take different learnings from the week. Your learning will help other participants learn, and vice-versa.
It’s called Client Centred Consulting because the programme is based on a proven ‘consulting’ cycle (in the wider sense of management consulting, coaching, and leadership) and client-centred psychology that believes that people are at their best when they are enabled to come up with their own solutions.
And you will be the living proof of that!
