1. Organisational clients
Team coaching and team development for leadership teams, project/operational teams and organisational groups:

| Half-day workshop | £ 1,850 |
These fees exclude travel expenses and assume a group size up to 10 people at a venue provided by the client (unless delivery is online). Pricing listed above covers workshop delivery, design and preparation time including pre-calls with team members. Travel and any additional expenses are discussed and agreed in advance.
For other group-based or bespoke work (e.g. strategy away days, coaching training, leadership development, strategic consultancy) the standard consulting day rate applies to all preparation and delivery time:

Individual coaching is delivered online in 60-minute sessions unless agreed otherwise. Coaching packages can be tailored to individual and organisational requirements – enquire for details.
2. Small businesses and non-profits
I work primarily with medium and large enterprises. Subject to availability I also support small businesses and not-for-profit organisations at adjusted rates, especially where the work strongly aligns with my values and expertise. These arrangements are discussed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Individual coaching for self-funded clients
Online coaching for private individuals who fund themselves:

4. Coaching supervision for coaches
My private supervision practice specialises in self-employed or part-time coaches with up to 5 years’ experience:

Payment terms
Organisational clients: 30-day invoicing.
Individual and private clients: pre-payment in full.
Quoted rates assume payment by UK BACS transfer. For international and other payment methods additional charges may apply. Please note I do not charge VAT.
Delivery through associate partners
I deliver additional L&D services via associate partners, including client-centred leadership development and ILM-accredited coaching certifications. These partners have their own offerings and rates not covered here. There is no overlap or conflict of interest between their and my services.
