The main purpose of supervision is to learn from practice (Caroll, 2014). It provides a reflective space for you to explore your coaching practice, gain new perspectives, and support you in working ethically and effectively.

Coaching supervision offers space for personal and professional growth. It enhances confidence and helps you manage challenges with clarity and resilience. Through supervision, you can strengthen your skills, maintain your wellbeing, and deliver greater value to your clients. And of course, if you are an accredited coach then supervision is also a requirement for maintaining your accreditation.
For me, supervision is a journey of mutual learning and discovery (e.g. see my blog). It is also an investment. To encourage more coaches to undergo regular supervision, I provide affordable rates for coaches who practice part-time or have less than 5 years experience.
Choosing a supervisor is primarily a question of mutual fit – please contact me to schedule an introductory call. No obligation, just mutual discovery. Whatever happens next, I trust we will both learn something!
